The office interior design studio Between the Walls has unveiled the ZEKZER project—a prime example of how corporate office interior design from the early 20th century can serve as the foundation for a modern business environment. Located in the city center, this 80 m2 space demonstrates a perfect balance between Neo-Gothic heritage and the modern functionality expected from a leading office interior design company.

The primary challenge for the designers was the 4.05-meter ceiling height. To create an effective workplace design studio environment, an entresol (mezzanine) was integrated. This allowed for strategic zoning: the first floor is dedicated to high-intensity work and meetings, while the upper tier serves as an informal lounge area. This approach makes the office interior design Kyiv visually light, ergonomic, and highly productive.
This office interior design in Kyiv is executed within the "Quiet Luxury" concept. Instead of merely copying the facade's Gothic elements, our office design consultancy utilized a palette of milky, beige, and deep blue tones that echo the surrounding urban architecture. Textures of rattan, dark wood, and velvet create an atmosphere that serves as a benchmark for premium commercial interior design.
