Harmony of space and style in a new house in Lesniki.
Aesthetics, functionality, and conceptual solutions find the perfect balance in our new 270 m2 DM House interior project. Having preserved the architectural solutions, we used a bold approach to their transformation, revealing new possibilities for the space.

Making the most of the potential of the already built house, in particular the original design of the upper floor with a large open terrace, we decided to integrate part of the terrace into the interior, creating a two-level living room. The space took on a new dimension: the upper level became a lounge for relaxing with integrated chairs, and the lower level became a movie viewing area with a large projector and a deep custom sofa decorated with a microcement base and leather cushions.

The main living room is characterized by a play of contrasts and textures. The integrated sculptural fireplace has become not only a functional element, but also an artistic accent thanks to the bas-relief decoration by an invited sculptor. The design supports the concept of restrained elegance with warm accents that balance between classic and modern.
Nearby, a minimalist office area was created with a tabletop and chair by Hay and lighting by &Tradition, delicately separated by a glass partition that maintains a sense of openness and privacy at the same time.

The lounge area deserves special attention - a real oasis of hedonism. Here, in the vinyl corner, time seems to stand still, and the eye is certainly drawn to the eclectic animalistic sofa. Its combined textile upholstery by the recognized Casamance brand adds sophistication, while the decor by stylish Ferm Living sets elegant accents. It is in this cozy corner that the special character and personality of the project is felt, where skillfully combined materials and shapes give rise to lively dynamics and impeccable style.
The lounge area merges seamlessly with the kitchen, where bar stools by laconic HAY elegantly complement the monochrome island decorated with geometric Zellige tiles, which adds graphic character to the interior. The integration of the zones preserves the purity of lines and verified proportions, and large windows, letting in generous natural light, open a breathtaking panoramic view that becomes an integral part of the interior, filling it with a sense of lightness and space.

The lounge area also features a dining table surrounded by the iconic Alias chairs from their legendary Spaghetti series. It is the perfect place for family meals and warm gatherings.
The whole project is united by the original idea of a chessboard shape, which is unobtrusively manifested in each room through various interpretations.

Thus, at the entrance to the lounge area, attention is drawn to a painting with an accent frame made of the same geometric tiles as the kitchen island. Next to it is a unique chair by a talented Ukrainian artist Anton Sayenko, created in a fruitful collaboration with Between the Walls.
attention to detail is evident in everything from the mirrored facades that visually expand the hallway to the dramatic guest bathroom, decorated in a deep red hue with a combination of microcement and textured wallpaper. The contrast of light and rich colors creates an unexpected emotional perception of the space.

The bathroom on the second floor is decorated in warm terracotta shades. The walls and shower area are covered with glossy tiles of different textures, which creates an interesting play of light and shadow. A sink made of smooth microcement adds elegance, and an exquisite lighting solution by Tiini sets accent rays.

The staircase connecting the two floors is made in a contrasting but harmonious palette. The deep black steps create an expressive accent against the background of the walls in a rich terracotta shade, separated by vertical wooden panels. Laconic wall lamps by DCW Editions with soft diffused light delicately illuminate the staircase, emphasizing the texture of the walls.

The space of the sleeping area on the lower floor is a harmonious combination of functionality and individuality, where the master unit elegantly combines a dressing room, bedroom and bathroom into a single, smoothly flowing volume.
Materials fill the interior with a sense of tactility and expressiveness. Warm herringbone parquetry envelops you in coziness, while the walls, covered with microcement and painted on top, create a calm atmosphere. A special accent is the white area under the ceiling, which visually lengthens the space.
Walnut wood, green marble and white tiles decorate the column in the bathroom area. Mirrors hide storage, and opposite is a comfortable bench with a view of the dressing room through glass facades.

The heart of the bedroom is a custom bed. A stylish Pols Potten Todd armchair adds elegance, and a compact Gervasoni Inout table completes the seating area. Each element here is carefully selected to create an atmosphere of style and comfort.
The cozy children's room, decorated in calm pastel colors, offers two separate beds along the walls, complemented by soft textile headboards and pillows. Olive bedspreads envelop them in warmth, and a round carpet with a geometric pattern unites the space between them. Next to each bed is a small pink cylindrical stool by Wouddesign.
The project is based on the use of natural materials and deep tactile textures. The wooden plank on the ceiling gives the space a sense of warmth, and its location adds rhythm and volume. The balanced combination of walnut wood, green marble, and metal accents allows the interior to maintain a sense of restrained luxury.

The deep color code of the project is based on a dialog between the natural shades of terracotta, green, deep beige, and accent black. The finishing touches include exquisite vintage furniture that adds completeness and individual character to the space.

The interior is designed with durability and timelessness in mind. Thanks to the purity of its forms and the use of authentic materials, it is not subject to fleeting trends, but instead reveals the depth of conceptual design. This is a space where aesthetics coexist with comfort, and every detail works for the overall idea.
